What is your refunds/exchange policy?
Non-personalized apparel is refundable less shipping costs within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is misprinted, defective, or materially flawed. Please do not wear or wash the defective item.
Are personalized products able to be returned or exchanged?
Due to the highly customized nature of many of our products, we ask that you check and re-check the sizing guidelines found on the product pages, as we are unable to refund or accept returns of personalized items.
What are standard shipping times?
Non-personalized designs can take up to two weeks to ship within the United States. Personalized designs can take up to three weeks. International orders can take up to six weeks.
Does FES Outfitters ship internationally?
YES, we offer international shipping at $13.95 per order. International shipments are subject to our standard return policy and an extra US $15 non-refundable shipping charge. FES Outfitters is not responsible for additional customs clearance charge.
Where do I ship my return?
