Order delays during Covid-19

The team at FES Outfitters wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time. For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon. We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays.

At this time, delays are to be expected on all of our products, with the exception of custom phone cases.  An estimate of 23-28 business days should be expected for most items.

We know this isn't what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products. Thanks again, and, most importantly, stay safe.

Shipping Terms (Timing and cost)

Due to the customization of many of our products, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process the designs, and get them sent off to our printers around the world.  In addition, 3-5 business days for our printers to turn around a quality product.  Please reference the table below for total anticipated processing/shipping times and costs.

International Shipping (Outside of USA)

The shipping charges listed do NOT include Customs Fees, Duties or other charges that may be incurred through your country’s Customs Department. Please check with your local customs office to determine liability.

What is your refunds/exchange policy?

Non-personalized apparel is refundable less shipping costs within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is misprinted, defective, or materially flawed.  Please do not wear or wash the defective item.

Are personalized products able to be returned or exchanged?

Due to the highly customized nature of many of our products, we ask that you check and re-check the sizing guidelines found on the product pages, as we are unable to refund or accept returns of personalized items.  Should a sizing issue arise, please do not hesitate to contact us for a resolution.  

Where do I ship my return? 

Please ship returns to the 'Return Address' listed on your packing slip along with a copy of your order confirmation email.  If you have any return questions, don't hesitate to contact us, being sure to include your order number.
